If we chose to charge for service subscription, you will always have access to previous data that you have input into the system, but will be unable to perform any testing in the system without a valid subscription.Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

You are responsible and owner of all content input into the site. Your content will be available upon request. Your content will be private to your organization. Our Service helps make sure your equipment is properly tested. However, tests included in the system do not enable you to pass on liability to Computerized Imaging Reference Systems, Inc. Testing of equipment shall be done by qualified individuals.
